I ship anywhere - though international shipments (leaving the US) will only be shipped Priority Mail (USPS). All shipping is based on package weight. If you're buying more than one item, I will package them together whenever possible to save on your shipping. I accept payment via Paypal, or cash in person if you're picking items up locally.
